I created Find A Work Around as a resource for us - Gen X.

I was born in 1966 so my Early Retirement eligibility is coming up soon. I found much of the retirement advice online skewed towards those with 401 k plans, but 45% of our generation doesn’t own one.

I also found alot of anxiety-inducing alarm bell reports on how 40% of Gen X households have $0 saved in private retirement accounts. And for those that do have one, they have taken loans out on them or are woefully underfunded.

I’m not a certified retirement planner or accountant. I am a soon to be retired Gen X seeking answers as to what retirement may look like for those of us with little saved, and what practical steps you can take today and tomorrow to make your future more secure. I am happy to share what I have found out with you.
